About me!

I’ve always believed that a resume can only tell part of the story. It lists jobs, titles, and responsibilities, but it doesn’t always show who someone is, or the experiences and values that shape how they show up in their work. For me, some of the most important parts of my professional identity come from outside the lines of a traditional resume.

Living in Western North Carolina has played a big part in that. I moved here for college and ended up staying because I fell in love. It’s pace, its people, and the way it invites you to slow down and pay attention. I spend a lot of time outdoors, whether I’m fishing, hiking, kayaking, or just finding the next great spot to eat. Those experiences have taught me patience, flexibility, and a real appreciation for process over perfection. They’ve also helped me build a strong sense of calm and focus, even when things get unpredictable. These are traits that have carried over into my work, especially in fast-paced or collaborative environments.

So while my resume highlights what I’ve done, the heart of how I work comes from being grounded in community, curious about people and places, and motivated by doing meaningful, well-intentioned work. That’s the part I hope to bring into every project I’m part of.
